The lemon shark lives in subtropical shallow waters of 300 feet in coral reefs, enclosed bays, and river systems. It will not live in freshwater ecosystems. They eat catfish, mullet, jacks, croakers, porcupine fish, and cowfish.
Fun facts: On occasion lemon sharks will also eat sea birds. They can grow up to 11 feet. They can weigh up to 420 pounds.
